No Agency

You agree and acknowledge that you and Hienote, Inc. have an independent business relationship. Nothing provided for in this Agreement

shall be deemed to create a partnership or joint venture, and neither party is the other's partner, franchise, employee, agent or representative.

Neither party here to shall have the rights to obligate or bind the other party in any manner whatsoever, and nothing herein contained shall

give or is intended to give any rights of any kind to any third party. You may cancel your drop ship directory membership at anytime. With our drop ship directory there are no long term commitments. However, the monthly membership fee is non-refundable. By ordering our directory you are agreeing to these terms.

Limitation on Liability

Neither Hienote, Inc. nor its affiliated or related entities or its vendors or content providers are responsible or liable to any person or entity

whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage (whether actual, consequential, punitive, special or otherwise), injury, claim, liability or

other cause of any kind or character whatsoever based upon or resulting from any information or opinions provided on the Hienote, Inc. site or from the use of, or the inability to use, Hienote, Inc. materials on the site. You specifically agree that Hienote, Inc. is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user. If you are dissatisfied with the Hienote, Inc site or any materials on the site, or with any of the Hienote, Inc. Terms of Use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Hienote, Inc. site.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We enforce this policy to ensure a professional environment for the users of our system.
